Shipping
Delivery is free on every order shipped within the European Union. There is no minimum spend and no shipping cost added at checkout — the price on the product page is the price you pay.

Orders placed on a working day leave us the next working day at the latest, and you get tracking by email.

Most European addresses receive their order within a few working days of dispatch; deliveries further afield can take a little longer.
If a delivery looks delayed or the tracking has stopped moving, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to decide. We would rather you used the stand on a real grooming day than left it in the box — that is the only way to know whether it suits your pet.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange the return
- Signs of normal use are expected and absolutely fine
- The stand should come back complete, clean and undamaged
- Refunds go to your original payment method once the return reaches us
- Your statutory EU right of withdrawal applies in addition to this policy
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, send us a photo within a few days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer — and you will not be out of pocket for the return.
