You have 30 days from delivery to decide. Use the stand on a real grooming day — that is the only way to know if it suits your pet. If it does not, contact us within those 30 days and we will arrange the return.

Used is fine — we expect you to try it properly. We simply ask that it comes back complete and in a clean, undamaged condition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned stand reaches us. Your bank usually shows the funds within a few working days after that.
